    • Zerobody frees your central nervous system (CNS) from external stimuli. The mind can express its full potential while the body relaxes and regenerates. Suspended on 400 liters of warm water, you can float in a gravity-free environment, allowing better oxygenation and nourishment of tissues due to increased blood flow, improved drainage, and faster recovery.
  • Comfortable kit provided with a bathrobe, slippers, and towel.

PERFORMANCE

  • PERSONAL COACHING 60’
    • A personalized session based on a specific goal. After the initial analysis, a personalized plan will be drafted, followed by the practical execution of the recommended activity.

DAY-RELAX

Day-Relax Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM€ 185,00
Half-Day Relax Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM€ 165,00

  • SAINT HUBERTUS MASSAGE 50’
    • Incorrect posture, sports activities, work, and even psychophysical stress lead to unintentional incorrect postures that over time cause contractions and muscle and joint pain. Relaxing and circulatory techniques, combined with a special oil, make this massage both decontracting and relaxing, acting on specific points of the body.
  • Comfortable kit provided with a bathrobe, slippers, and towel.
